The really nice power supplies are pretty much the same as long as they supply lots of clean power. Clean power means all of the ac ripple is removed from the dc output and lots of power means watts. It is also nice if they have the ATI and SLI connectors for the new mobos and video cards.

The features that stand out the most are the sweet ball bearing fans that are balanced to run for up to two minutes after shutdown and all of the protection devices. The protection is really nice for the overclockers who like to burn things up.
