MOVE THE FILE TO YOUR DEMOS FOLDER WITHIN QUAKE 3 FOLDER..OPEN QUAKE 3 AND GOTO DEMOS..SHOULD SEE IT

just make sure you put it in the f4a demo folder and that when you start q3 u are in the f4a mod then open demo's and it will be there :P
