hey i got alot of spyware any one knows any free spyware removers cause the ones i use are sucky and wont realy work...

windows washer is another great program to add to cat's list. Not as thorough as them though.

Microsoft antispyware is good, and free. Also, download and install a copy of Zonealarm (free also) firewall - every time an application tries to get to the internet, it will ask you if you want to block it, and you can set your browser, quake, whatever to always be allowed out to the internet, but anything weird that you don't recognize, you can set to be blocked. If you're not sure, you can leave the "remember this choice" box unchecked to make sure you're not blocking some important operating system thingy. With zonealarm installed, even if you don't get all the spyware removed, it's not using up your net bandwidth.
Go to housecall.trendmicro.com it's a free online virus scanner, and it will pick up stuff that most antispyware progs will miss.

i use zonealarm and antivir

then i scan once a day with spybot and adaware...
