Is it important to drink milk following weight lifting in order to build muscles?

Thats a great question Stup. Milk is arguably one of the best supplements EVER. It has all the stuff one needs to pack on mass. Milk is an excellent source of protien, amino acids, calcium, carbs, and fats. If you are trying to bulk up, milk is your friend. Drink up.

Re: Ask BUCK
Buck, I need some professional help for this question.
With Michigan (yes the college football team) end up coming back, or are they stuck in their **** hole?

If their defense is up to the test, Michigan should fair well this year. they have a Great QB, Manningham recieving, and Hart returning for an awsome ground attack. The first four games at home should be a confidence booster as well

what do u mean by "come back"? win out the rest of their games? i hardly think so. they're definitely out of the national championship picture and with their tough schedule coming up i wouldn't bet on them winning more than 3 games this year. after notre dame they have #12 penn state who are looking pretty good. after that they travel to northwestern who always seems to take the role of the upset team however, i think for the first time in decades northwestern will be favored. they have a week "off" against eastern michigan before getting back to their grueling schedule. everyone wants a piece of michigan right now so Purdue, Illinois, Minnesota, Michigan State, Wisconsin and Ohio State will be very tough. Most of the team comes back next year as seniors so no use risking injury when you know ur out of the championship picture. heck now that i look in to it closer i wouldn't bet on 2 wins this year. but i am a Penn State fan! haha so theres my 2 cents!

Re: Ask BUCK
Matty dont be so pessimistic, a long winded and boring rant about how Michigan is going to get their ass kicked is definately not a positive for a Michigan fan. (We try to keep it positive here at Ask BUCK) Players recover, and one player does not a team make. Also, home field is a confidence booster regardless of last weeks score. Keep the faith Koryo and remember,"Attitude is everything"
