Our COD4 clan RC (RabidClan.com) is willing to run a Q3 all weaps f4a server similar to what the h8 server was if we can get enough people to play it. We're also looking at starting a Q3 division for those who would want to join RC and play Q3. RC is a large clan that is very organized and the admins know what they are doing. They run matches and clan tournaments and we are ranked on twl etc... so i know they would run the q3 server very well. they change maps and rotations weekly and sometimes daily. we have team speak as well and use that a lot to communicate. our clan is a 21 and over only clan though some members are younger. so there arent any immature kids getting on being stupid which keeps it fun. you can be any age to play on the server but you must be an adult to join.

the only catch is we need financial contributions to pay for the server. we're looking at a 16 slot for 24.95 to get started. we can always get more if needed. so if we get enough people contributing we would only need a couple bucks from each player.

we'll do this and it will be a maintained server ran professionally with the players best interest always in mind if you want it. please let rage or i know asap.

What CoD4 patch do you guys play on the server?

I'm playing on a few local Bay Area servers (ping of 20 FTW), but wouldn't mind finding a few new friendly peeps to play with.

the latest 1.7 patch. you should join us. i think our server is in ca. lots of good fun. we can get you in ts too. its so much easier to be able to hear "he's at the 3 story building" or what not... but this has nothing to do with Q3 lol

I'd love to see a good H8 style quake 3 server go up. But I don't have money to donate to a server at this time. My car ate my wallet again..

Any extra money I get next paycheck will probably probably go to finally getting CoD4. So drop me a PM sometime with server information and stuff so when I do start playing, I'll have people to frag me till I become better.

it looks like the tp clan is going to bring back their all weaps server with in a day or so depending on how much they get in donations to get it going. go over to their forums at tpclan.org and send them a small donation. every little bit helps and lets get this going again. register on their forums. here's the link to the thread about this subject:

It was nice to see a couple people there.

I'm not fond of the map rotation they have atm. Anyway to get a more h8'ish map rotation up?

Also, could you ask them to change the rocket animation to be the rocket animation instead of that ugly fugly bfg shot animation.
