I will help you out, I took a time machine a little over 2 years into the future and I discovered that there is barely anyone playing the game, and that there is development of this thing called QuakeLive which is supposed to answer everybodies prayers because its supposed to be q3 for free.

i play q3 cause it came with the cd i bought called quake 3,
now i dont know if that made sense..... what iam trying to say is
i know nothing about patches or anything like that.

i now play call of duty 4, yes it is slow compared to q3
but its different and i like. although my computer runs q3 allot better
and it will always have a place in my heart... lol

and yes its true stupified did travel into the future, because
i saw him there
