what mod are u referring to again? i know i still havent played on ur q4 server everytime i check its either empty or filled with people who i dont know...

What mod are you playing? I get the same FPS/Lag in every one of those mods.

The mod is q4w. CB has a q4w server running

Yeah, I've tryed it. What does the net demo bench mark thing do? I think I'm doing something wrong because it didn't change my FPS at all.

I'm just now getting back into the swing of things. I've played a few games of Q3 last week just to see if my arm can handle playing for more than 15 minutes without hurting. I played QW with you and CB last night under the name noob. I couldn't hit anything, but I had fun.

But first join a MP DM game with playerS and type in the console:
Recordnetdemo se7en

run it for a few mins, then type in the console;
stopnetdemo


Disconnect from the server and type in console:
playnettimedemo se7en

It should of I use the bare min! Did your grafixs look different?
I think I still play with blood and something else you can turn off!
