I've been playing this server for about 3 years now and Theres always been a problem of Jumping into space,lava,slime, ect. I've pretty much gone by the server rules. But now im really pissed off becuase h8 members are abuseing there power and jumping off to restart their life....And i got kicked awhile back for Camping, but yet H*A*N*Y the guy known for camping is'nt geting kicked?...wtf....opti hacks, no one is doing a damn thing....But yet me and melkor hacked once and we got banned the first demo you saw...People are making demos of opti. I'm sure you've seen them..Yet nothing is being done. you say dont spect for too....Yet I see h8 spect more than ANYONE else.......The server has gone downhill, I'm one with it....

I'm sorry that you feel that way, Bane. We do our best to keep the server an enjoyable playing ground. We unfortunately can't satisfy everyone and can't be on the server 24 hours. We do have families and lives to attend to outside of the computer.

With that said, I'm going to try to address the problems you are having and hopefully provide you with some confidence that our servers are not going downhill.

The jumping in lava, space and slime - You are absolutely right! That has/is being abused and we are in the process of taking care of it. I've done it in the past, you have done it in the past and so have many others. We are all guilty of doing this at some point or another. Intentional or not! I can promise you that this will not be an issue for much longer.

Camping - I can personally tell you that Hany has been kicked MANY times for camping (just ask him!) and many people have witnessed that.

Hacking - Hacking WILL NOT be tolerated by ANYONE. If you are caught hacking then consider yourself banned permanently. With that being said, my dear, you're lucky that you're even allowed to play on server. So you may not want to push that issue too much.

Spectating - Here's the deal, people in h8 use private slots. We are not taking up any public slots so when we spectate it's not filling up the server. We have and should have the right to kick people who join the server and automatically go into spectate mode. They are taking up a slot that someone else who wants to play could have. We have had MANY complaints about it taking really long for people to be able to join when the server is full. Then when they finally get in, there are 3 or 4 non h8 members in spectate mode. I'm sure you can understand the dilemma there.

I understand that some of you feel that certain players get away with more then others and that might be the case. You have to understand that every h8 member is different. Some are more laid back then others. Some of us may have different views on what is right and wrong so therefore thus causing a different reaction from a different member. We are only human!

Because of the screams of injustice and the bad behavioral problems that we’ve been having on the server lately, new guidelines are in the process of being created and these new guidelines will be STRICTLY enforced by EVERY h8 member and they will apply to EVERYONE no matter the relation.

I hope this clears some things up for you.

I personally have never witnessed a h8 member kick someone just for the sake of kicking them. If someone were kicked i'm certain that whomever kicked them had, to them, a good reason for kicking them.

In your case, you were kicked because you jokingly told people you were hacking. If the h8 member didn't know you were kidding then of course they are going to kick you. I'm sure if you were in their shoes you would have done the same thing.

I'm sorry that your mother was being called names. That should have never happened.

jajajajajaj theres nothing wrong with camping bane... even coldbloood says "camping frozen bodies isnt camping" ...and most ppl have all of hanys camping spots memorized by now so i dont see why hes a problem
